By accessing or using Wily (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Wily you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account & Authentication

We use Google Sign-In to authenticate users. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Wily a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, render, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating and improving the Service.

5. Use of Information

We may use your information | including the content you contribute — for product improvement, analytics, and marketing communications about Wily and related offerings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • upload content that infringes another party's rights;
  • attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • use the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wily and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Score Calculator Tools

Our NTA score calculator tools (UGC NET, GATE, and others) provide estimated scores based on available official answer keys. These estimates are not official results. The final result declared by NTA or the relevant authority is the only authoritative score.
